Second Hand Boss GT-1 Multi-Effects Processor
The Boss GT-1 is a compact COSM-based multi-effects processor designed to deliver professional-grade sound processing in a lightweight, portable format. Manufactured in China, it shares its core sound engine with Boss’s higher-end GT series, offering a wide range of amp models and effects with detailed parameter control.
At the core of the GT-1 is Boss’s COSM modeling technology, providing accurate amp simulations and speaker responses alongside a comprehensive effects library. This includes overdrive and distortion, compression, modulation, delay, reverb, pitch processing, EQ, and dynamic effects, all of which can be combined into flexible signal chains. The internal routing allows users to tailor effect order and balance to suit different playing styles and rigs.
The control layout features dedicated footswitches for patch navigation and effect control, complemented by an onboard expression pedal that can be assigned to volume, wah, pitch, or other parameters. Editing is intuitive via the top-mounted controls, while USB connectivity allows deeper editing, patch management, and recording integration when used with compatible software.
Despite its compact size, the GT-1 is housed in a reinforced chassis designed for durability in live and rehearsal environments. Its low power consumption and efficient DSP make it a practical solution for pedalboards, home setups, or mobile rigs.
This unit is in very good condition, showing only light signs of use and remaining fully functional. It is supplied with a power supply unit (PSU).
